How to Use FeatureOS AI Chat

Getting started is simple:

  1. Click the Explore icon in the top-left corner of your FeatureOS dashboard.
  2. Click on the AI Chat icon.
  3. Ask questions naturally—just like you would with a teammate.

To use the AI Chat, you can simply click on the chat icon on the top right corner of your dashboard. This will open a chat window where you can ask questions about your data.

Here are some things you can ask:

  • “Show me the most recent feedback.”
  • “Who’s the customer from Skcript?”
  • “When did this customer first sign up, and what’s their latest feedback?”
  • “Show me all feedback from Buffer and Slack.”

This is the smartest AI optimized for product teams to interact with their data.
