How to Use FeatureOS AI Chat
Getting started is simple:
- Click the Explore icon in the top-left corner of your FeatureOS dashboard.
- Click on the AI Chat icon.
- Ask questions naturally—just like you would with a teammate.
To use the AI Chat, you can simply click on the chat icon on the top right corner of your dashboard. This will open a chat window where you can ask questions about your data.
Here are some things you can ask:
- “Show me the most recent feedback.”
- “Who’s the customer from Skcript?”
- “When did this customer first sign up, and what’s their latest feedback?”
- “Show me all feedback from Buffer and Slack.”
