Subscription Refund
A subscription refund is a refund of the subscription amount paid by the customer. The refund can be initiated by the customer or the SaaS company. The refund can be initiated for a variety of reasons, including:
- Customer is not satisfied with the product
- Customer is not satisfied with the support
- Customer is not satisfied with the product features
- Customer is not satisfied with the product pricing
- Customer is not satisfied with the product performance
- Customer is not satisfied with the product quality
- Customer is not satisfied with the product reliability
- Customer is not satisfied with the product security
- Customer is not satisfied with the product privacy
If a customer is asking for a subscription refund for your SaaS product, then you’re going to have to handle it by initiating a refund in your payment gateway.
